SquadDesk started with one client and a simple idea, to help startups build good teams without the overhead.

We were working with a company in Germany that needed developers fast, but didn’t want to deal with bloated hiring cycles or overpriced agencies. So, we built a small team from scratch, handpicked, probation-based, and flexible. It worked. The client got results. The people we brought on stepped up.

That’s when we knew this model could work for more.

We’re based in Bangalore, and we focus on finding smart, capable people who can jump into fast-moving teams. No unnecessary layers. No big promises. Just real work, real results. Today, we aim to help startups across Europe build teams that fit their goals, their budgets, and how they like to work.
