SquadDesk started with one client and a simple idea — to help startups build good teams without the overhead.

We were working with a company in Germany that needed developers fast, but didn’t want to deal with bloated hiring cycles or overpriced agencies. So, we built a small team from scratch — handpicked, probation-based, and flexible. It worked. The client got results. The people we brought on stepped up.

That’s when we knew this model could work for more.
